***SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT*** The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is seeking a contract with a qualified laboratory (vendor) for the purpose of outsourcing analysis of sexual assault cases to have serology performed on sexual assault evidence collection kits (SAECKs) and other evidence submitted in the case. It is anticipated that OSBI will send an estimated number of between 400 and 600 SAECKs to the vendor for analysis over the course of the annual contract.
