On April 9, 1987, at 9:00 P.M. Base was doing laundry at an apartment complex located at 12500 E. 41st Street in Tulsa, OK. Base was then abducted from the laundry room. On April 19, 1987 Base's body was discovered at the bottom of Bragg Mountain in Muskogee County.
