Operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Monday through Friday with the exception of state holidays.

The Northeastern Regional Laboratory provides Forensic Biology and Controlled Substances services to the Northeastern counties of Oklahoma.
Evidence Acceptance Hours:
Evidence will be accepted between 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Officers submitting evidence must be at our facility before 4:00 p.m. to begin submitting evidence. Our Evidence Tech Units will close promptly at 5:00 p.m.each day. As a result, if an evidence submittal is started before 4:00 p.m. but not completed by 5:00 p.m., the remaining evidence will be returned to the officer, and he/she will be required to return the next business day to complete the evidence submittal.
Therefore, to avoid any inconvenience, officers with large amounts of evidence to submit are encouraged to submit the evidence to the OSBI lab early in the day.
