On August 25, 2012, at approximately 3:00 A.M. an altercation occurred and several shots were discharged in the parking lot of the Shakers Dance Club located in the 8400 block of NE 23rd Street in Spencer, Oklahoma. Jean-Ciar Anton Pierce was exiting the parking lot and was fatally shot through the passenger side glass and died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
