- Survivors with a tracking number may check the status of their kit through the Sexual Assault Kit Tracking System: https://osbi.ok.gov/services/victim-support/osbi-sexual-assault-kit-tracking-system.
- Survivors who do not have a tracking number should contact the law enforcement agency that took their sexual assault report to obtain information about their kit. Oklahoma statute, Title 74-150.5, does not allow the OSBI to share information about a case with anyone other than the submitting law enforcement agency.
